4. Superb Warranty Policy
Standard on all SRC equipment: 5 year compressor motor, one year parts and 90 days labor on all factory installs. We will go one step beyond and coordinate your warranty service if necessary. Many florists don’t know who to turn to if problems develop, and we want to be there for you. Warranty bills will be coordinated, authorized and paid by SRC. Your time and resources will not be tied up waiting and hoping for reimbursement after the fact.
5.“Hassle Free” Freight Program
Not every delivery goes exactly as requested. When items are either missing or damaged you will not be asked to work with the delivery company to resolve the problem as most companies require. Simply make a notation on the freight bill and fax it to SRC. SRC will promptly handle, resolve and keep you informed.
