We understand that this may be your first experience with ordering large equipment outside of your local area. Our in house delivery and tracking coordinators will help guide you from start to finish.
Coolers are large and heavy, yet extremely fragile. They require careful handling to avoid the many potential problems that can occur en route to your location, and during unloading. For those customers who have the ability to properly handle and receive coolers, we ship via common carrier. For customers requiring inside delivery, we arrange all deliveries with one company, North American Van Lines (NAVL). NAVL trucks are equipped with air-ride suspension, coolers are blanket wrapped, and NAVL professional drivers are fully insured for liability and property damage while at your location. It costs a little more, but it is definitely better for your cooler to travel with NAVL from beginning to end!
4. "Hassle Free Delivery Program"
Even though we work hard at preventing problems, not every delivery goes exactly as requested. When items are either missing or damaged you will not be asked to work with the delivery company to resolve the problem as most companies require. Simply make a notation on the freight bill and fax it to SRC. We will promptly handle, resolve and keep you informed.
5. Superb Warranty Policy
Standard on all SRC equipment: 5 year compressor motor, 1 year parts and labor. We will go one step beyond and coordinate your warranty service if necessary. Many florists don't know who to call if problems develop. We want to be there for you. Warranty bills will be coordinated, authorized and paid by SRC.
